Position Title: Strategic Account Manager
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Ownership & Relationship Management
- Manage and grow assigned strategic enterprise accounts, acting as the single point of contact.
- Build long-term relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT and Security Leadership.
- Ensure regular CXO-level engagement.
- Align customer security priorities with Eventus’s roadmap.
2. Revenue Growth, Renewals & Sales Quote Closure
- Own and drive the complete sales cycle within existing accounts — from opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation, and sales quote closure.
- Prepare and finalize Sales Quotes / Commercial Proposals in coordination with pre-sales and finance teams.
- Ensure timely closure of renewals, upsell opportunities, and multi-service expansions.
- Work with delivery leads to align service milestones with invoicing and contract deliverables.
- Maintain updated opportunity status and quote information in CRM for accurate forecasting.
3. Strategic Planning & Governance
- Develop and execute Account Plans outlining growth strategy, risks, and stakeholder mapping.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and maintain CRM discipline.
- Escalate and resolve service-related issues in collaboration with delivery and leadership.
- Track key account metrics — retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
4. Collaboration
- Coordinate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and service excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing for case studies, reference programs, and customer success stories.
- Organize customer workshops and technology sessions to enhance Eventus’s presence within client organizations.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management / Enterprise Sales within Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, or Managed Services.
- Proven experience in selling Cyber Security Solutions and Services.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and renewals.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and market trends.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and account planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent)
