Role Overview

We are looking for a high‑energy Regional Account Manager who can drive sales across the South India market. This role demands a strategic closer — someone who understands the enterprise landscape, builds strong customer relationships, manages large deal cycles, and consistently exceeds targets.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Hunting

• Own and expand sales across mid-market and enterprise accounts in South India.
• Proactively identify opportunities, build strong CXO‑level relationships, and drive pipeline creation.

Large Deal Management

• Lead complex, high‑value enterprise deal cycles end‑to‑end.
• Drive solution positioning around AI‑driven SOC, MXDR, Cloud Security, Threat Intel, AppSec, and IR Services.

Customer Problem Mapping

• Understand CISO pain points across detection, response, cloud, application security, and breach readiness.
• Work closely with Solutions, Product, and SOC teams to design winning proposals.

Forecasting & Governance

• Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and structured reporting.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Pre‑Sales, and Leadership on campaigns, events, and GTM execution.
• Ensure seamless handover and onboarding for won accounts.

What You Bring

✔ Experience & Market Knowledge

✔ 6–8 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity managed services.

✔ Strong understanding of the AP & Telangana mid-market and enterprise ecosystem (BFSI, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, etc.).
