Key Responsibilities:

Solution Engineer role — someone who can bridge deep technical expertise with customer-facing communication. You’ll help clients understand the real value of Managed Detection & Response: from architecture to automation, from detection to business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client discovery sessions to identify visibility gaps, compliance needs, and pain points.
• Design MDR reference architectures (ingestion, correlation, enrichment, automation, reporting).
• Build and present MDR proposals and ROI-driven business cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, SOC, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless solution design.
• Participate in proofs of concept (POC) and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
• Support field enablement and mentor under guidance of senior presales leaders.

What We’re Looking For

• 4-6 years of SOC / Cyber Defense / Incident Response experience.
• Strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence workflows.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST 800-61, and detection frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to convert technical concepts into business value and risk reduction stories.
